Beware
Took our 2011 Chevy Traverse in to the service dept. almost 3 weeks ago for an oil change and to check brakes for intermittent spongy brakes. As the car is under warranty, we only take it here for servicing. They called me that afternoon to say brake fluid is contaminated! Can't give me any explanation as to how or why this happened and are refusing to do anything about it. Won't let me take vehicle off lot as they say it's a safety issue. We could loose the brakes. The service manager told us to go through MPI to have fluid analyzed and open claim. This left us without a vehicle. This is totally unacceptable for a company that prides themselves on 100% customer satisfaction. Will take this a far as we need to in order to get this resolved.

This place has been good to me BUT recently they have just been time wasters whats the point of making an appointment if they cant fix the problem this is a radio that needs the code not rocket science and AT BIRTCHWOOD THE SERVICE MGR WAS SO RUDE i wouldent talk to my dog like that let alone a paying coustomer i wont be doing any more buisness with these guys!@
